Highly recommend these guys. Naturally we wanted to go for a slightly cheaper option but upon learning more about the process, these guys are definitely worth it because they do a great job and they use superior equipment.

Listen, putting money in your house is so not fun - i get it. But If you're going to get your ducts cleaned, do it right. And I can tell they do it right.

--Edit: Emaan, the owner of Eco Home Heroes, texted me right away after I wrote my Yelp review. It was rather late at night, too. He refunded my money and wants to talk over the phone tomorrow, which I promised to do. I didn't write this review to get a refund as I could have disputed the charge with my credit card company a month ago, but I believe one was due as my ducts were clean and my indoor air was still hazy. I'm really glad they stand behind their work, care about their reviews, and hope to feel more confident about this business after speaking with the owner tomorrow. I still believe they will get your ducts clean as I had a good experience before, but if you have stagnant drywall dust post-construction, I wouldn't pay anyone to try and remove it. --

I'm saddened to have to leave this company a bad review, but after the money I wasted in April, I have no choice. I had used them 2 years ago to clean the ducts of my newer home, and aside from some minor hiccups, the crew did a good job, and my HVAC filters were always white when I changed them after that.

Flash forward to Dec of last year when I had drywall work done in my living room. The drywall dust went everywhere, and I couldn't get rid of it despite weekly cleaning and changing out my MERV 11 HVAC filters every few weeks. I called Emaan again to see if he could get rid of the awful white dust. He told me he could via another duct cleaning and airscrubbers. I was quoted $399 for a 1,700 sqft, single-story home. It's a lot of money, but I was desperate.

The crew arrived on time on 4/1 and got right to work again. They brought one airscrubber (it's like a high-power fan that sucks in air and vents it outside via a duct), which was used in 2 rooms over the crew's 1.5 hours in my home, even though I was told it was a 3-hour job). The crew always has 4 people, so I try to stay out of the way between all the people, hoses, ducts, etc., but everyone was friendly and polite again. Jordan, the supervisor on the job, tried to upsell me on cleaning my AC unit, but I have it maintained yearly and verified with my HVAC company that they clean it out, so I didn't appreciate that. When the job was done, I had to alert Jordan to the fact that the master bathroom fan needed the cover put back on and to remove some film on a vent in my guest room before they left. After they took off, I noticed the big duct they used on each vent had scraped against two of my walls (on the corners) and an interior door frame, which required touch-up paint again. I feel that if they worked a little slower and had someone holding the vent that goes out to their vehicle, this could have been prevented. I also had greasy handprints in a few places that required some elbow grease to remove. I had to wipe down some horizontal surfaces and vacuum up drywall chunks that fell down when the vents were removed, as well. Someone on the crew needs to do a final walk-through and ensure the home is left how it was found.

The biggest issue is that I paid so much money and dealt with all this for nothing. My indoor air was still full of a white haze for another month, and per the report I got, my vents weren't even dirty. They gave them 4 out of 5 stars due to my HVAC filters being full of drywall dust for months, so my filters, which I changed every few weeks, were doing their job. My ducts were probably 5 out of 5, but regardless, the crew shouldn't have cleaned already-clean ducts, and Emaan shouldn't have recommended these services if they don't get rid of drywall dust. I feel totally scammed, unlike my previous experience with this business. So, what does work to get rid of drywall dust? Waiting for a big spring windstorm, opening every door and window, and letting mother nature blow that junk out of your house. My indoor air is 90% better now, and it cost me nothing.

4 month update since having the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Absolutely amazing job, there is a reason they are rated so highly!!! Their prices are unbeatable, the staff is so friendly, very knowledgeable and overall just personable. The owner who helps book your appointment helped me understand the process they go thru in layman terms and showed me a lot of scams other company's try to pull on you (which I almost had done by another company), where they are very transparent. Send you estimates ahead of time, give you options to upgrade with informed consent and everything just makes sense. They give you checklists and photos of everything, they clean everything with detail even the vent covers. They cleaned up after themselves when they left. They did our dryer vent, all our air ducts/intake ducts and even our bathroom fans at an extremely reasonable price. They were on time, and very efficient.

One of the best decisions I made going with them and having this done ! I'm no longer sneezing a million times and our new house smells CLEAN. 1000/10 couldn't recommend enough. Actually can't wait to have this done again in a few years, I won't be going anywhere else !!!

they came in and set up their equipments promptly and was letting me know what was going on. they were very nice and respectful. they did a very thorough job and even sent a before and after picture of what was done.

Jordan arrived in the one hour time window.
He was very nice and went straight to work. He sussed out the problem very quickly and resolved the issue in no time.
After having an appliance company come out to take a look at everything a few years back and tell me it was the dryer sensor, I still had no resolution after that. They never went on the roof, where the problem apparently resided.
I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for anything that needs repair. Thanks again Jordan

Wish I had more than one vent! These guys were great, perfect service quick and efficient with constant updated communication. I won't need them for a while but when I do I know who I'll call!

Came in and cleaned dryer ducts. Great job, professional, took pictures showed me the results and emailed everything to me when the job was done.

I have worked with this company before on our old home and Emaan is wonderful.
I called him again for a home we just moved into and we found out the back of the dryer was black from all the vent buildup. This was clearly a fire hazard. Emaan sent his team the same day.

Eco home heroes to the rescue. Quick and fast response, reasonable price, came out the same day, and the Tech Jacob was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend them.
