      Represented me during a shoplifting case on Nellis. I gave their customer service person a product to refund and purchase another. I signed the receipt and left (I didn't read the receipt, the only refunded it, didn't charge me, then charged me for theft). No way was I going down for their mistake. The AF failed to follow their own policies (IG complaints filed/substantiated and founded). Finally I was acquitted at a trial. Soooo glad I found Jim. He and Lucas answered my questions quickly, he helped me through this horrible experience.mostly email.
