Four Seasons Counseling is a relationship-centered therapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families, with a particular specialty in supporting people in high-pressure careers. While the practice welcomes clients from all walks of life, it is especially attuned to the emotional and relational toll that demanding professional environments can take: on mental health, partnerships, parenting, and overall well-being. Founder and clinician Teri Raven has firsthand experience from the corporate and nonprofit sectors, including leadership roles and prior work with the Chamber of Commerce, along with an MBA that informs her approach to care. This unique background allows the practice to speak the language of organizations while addressing the human impact of workplace stress.

In addition to private therapy, Four Seasons Counseling partners with high-profile businesses to provide in-house therapy services through Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and offers customized wellness workshops focused on stress management, communication, burnout prevention, and emotional well-being, supporting both employees and the organizations they serve.
