Methodology - Applied Behavior Analysis

The science of understanding human behavior. Considered a "hard science," the field is more closely related to economics than psychology. A focus on objective data, inductive analysis, and how people interact with their surroundings gives us unique insight into the workplace.

We didn't just read a book. Rob Scalise is a seasoned Licensed Behavior Analyst with an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and specializing in Behavior Systems and Organizational Behavior Management.

Get essential information without locking yourself in. Assessments allow us to become experts on your business conditions. They also give you a low-risk, high-reward scenario. We provide detailed action plans with various options according to your organization's capabilities, preferences, and level of involvement. You can have your team take on the action items or hire us.

Assessment can vary in time and scope, determined by your comfortability, preferences, and job needs. We will scale our services and pricing to fit the needs. No wasteful processes or extra billing.

Project Deals

Depending on our level of involvement, we will break the contract into stages. With a low base rate, we earn the rest. We clearly define progress or deliverables and don't bill for that stage unless your people approve. This keeps us motivated to get results and protects you from project creep, add-on selling, and hidden charges.
